Do you have an event or celebration such as a birthday, a wedding, a wake, or a conference coming up? The Village Hall can be hired for a reasonable cost.
Facilities:
- Full disabled access and facilities.
- Holds up to 120 people at capacity
- All hires include the main hall plus the use of the kitchen
- Large free car park
- Outside area with furniture for use in dry weather
- Food Hygiene Rating – 5 – Very good
Costs
- The general rate to hire the hall is £10 per hour; however, there is a concessionary rate for regular bookings.
- A Children’s party can be booked for £50 for 4 hours (subject to age restrictions).
- Weekend hire is available

Our calendar provides details of all activities currently booked as well as the current availability of the hall. If you’d like to make a booking, please check availability on the calendar first, then contact our Booking Co-ordinator on 0735 594 1887 or email Beafordvillage@gmail.com to request a booking form. A deposit of £10 will be required upon return of the booking form and acceptance of our terms & conditions.
