Monday 31st August – 5:30pm until late – Community Social Evening with Cocktails Come along and enjoy a relaxing bank holiday evening. You’ll find a selection of delicious cocktails to choose from as well as the usual offerings from our well-stocked bar. (Bar snacks and nibbles will be available). The bar will be open to all from 5:30pm. Card & cash payments accepted
Saturday 12th September – 9:30am until Noon – Village Autumn Market & Coffee Morning – An opportunity for you to treat yourself to a delicious breakfast bap, hot drink and/or home baked cake from our kitchen. We’ll have many stallholders for you to browse and find that little something you never knew you needed.
Monday 14th September – 6:30pm until Late – Community Social Evening – Come and have a drink, meet with friends, and enjoy the relaxed social evening (Bar snacks available). The bar will be open to all from 6:30pm for drinks and nibbles.
Tuesday 6th October – 7pm until 9pm – Village Hall AGM – Everyone is welcome so come along to hear what the committee and friends of the village hall have achieved during the previous twelve months, as well as our plans for the future. Don’t forget, we’re always looking to bolster the committee, so we’ll always welcome new people to bring fresh ideas and initiatives.
Saturday 10th October – 9:30am until Noon – Coffee Morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support – Beaford Village Hall are raising funds for MacMillan Cancer Support this morning. All profit from the morning sales of cake/ breakfast rolls / hot drinks will go to the charity.
Saturday 12th December – 9:30am until Noon – Village Christmas Market & Coffee Morning – An opportunity for you to treat yourself to a delicious breakfast bap, hot drink and/or home baked cake from our kitchen. We’ll have many stallholders for you to browse and find that little something you never knew you needed, as well as an opportunity to complete your last-minute Christmas shopping
Saturday 19th December – 6pm until late – Christmas Party – The event is still at the planning stage but we have managed to secure the ever-popular Oggle Band to provide some fantastic entertainment; so keep the evening free so that you don’t miss out. Known as one of the liveliest, most entertaining ceilidh dance bands in the South West, the Oggle Band really does know how to put on a show! If you’re new to Ceilidh Dancing, do not worry! The Oggle Band have their own caller to lead everyone through the dances, so all you have to focus on is having a great time!
