All the exercises can be done on a chair or on a mat – the choice is yours, and they aim to strengthen the core, increase flexibility and improve balance. You can join in as many or as few of the exercises as you feel comfortable with. After our exercise session we have some social time to catch up, relax and unwind with plenty of refreshments! Our group covers all ages and abilities and new members are always very welcome, so if you fancy giving it a go, please get in touch: – email: Beafordvillage@gmail.com The cost is £7 per session
